How do you Clean the glass?

Use a spoon to scrap out any extra wax left at the bottom of the glass and then pop out the medal wick holder and throw in the trash. Then clean out the the rest with soap and warm water. They are dishwasher safe.

why doesn't the candle burn to the edge of the glass?

If your candle doesn’t burn all the way to the edge, it’s most likely due to not burning it long enough during it’s first initial burn. Always make sure to get a full melting pool to the edge during each burn (usually takes about an hour). This will insure longest lasting burn time! 

Why Doe it seem to be sweating oils?

Often during higher temperatures or while in direct sunlight our candles start to sweat a little. This is a natural occurrence because we do not add chemical additives to the wax that are unhealthy to touch and breathe. If this occurs, it will not effect your candles burn. It will still smell amazing and after you clean up the oils from the top of the candle with a paper towel you can use that in your sock drawers or in your car as an air freshener.  It’s also safe for the skin (when used lightly).

What type of essential oils do you use?

We use a variety of different essential oils. But we keep most our resources proprietary. However, we will say that like all our ingredients we have researched and read reviews of all our essential oils and they are all plant distilled. 95% of them are therapeutic grade and some are even organic!

how long do your candles burn?

Generally our candles burn 40-60 hours depending on how you burn your candles.

are your candles 100% soy?

Yes, we use 100% all natural soy wax with no additives, paraffin or dyes. 

how short should i trim my wicks?

1/4 inch. I know that 1/4’’ seems short, but we have tested all our candles and 1/4’’ wick will give you the cleanest and longest burn time.

what is your shipping time?

For single candle orders, we generally ship between 2-5 business days. For larger custom orders, shipping will vary based on the order and will be discussed ahead of time. 

are you using organic soy wax?

No, unfortunately they do not make organic soy wax. Any company claiming to use organic soy was is simply not telling the truth or is being misleading with the word “organic”.
